1. Introduction

Welcome to Jaya Institute. By enrolling in our courses and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Enrollment & Registration

• Students must complete the registration process and provide accurate details.
• Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before attending classes.
• Registration fees are non-refundable.

3. Course Fees & Payment

• All fees must be paid on time. Late payments may incur penalties.
• The institute reserves the right to revise course fees without prior notice.
• Payments once made are non-refundable, except in special cases at the institute’s discretion.

4. Attendance & Conduct

• Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% to be eligible for certification.
• Any form of misconduct, including disruptive behavior, may lead to suspension or termination of enrollment.
• Mobile phones should be kept on silent mode during classes.

5. Certification

• Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course and clearance of all dues.
• Duplicate certificates may be issued upon request with additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

• Course materials, including notes, videos, and software, are the intellectual property of Jaya Institute. Reproduction or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Technical Support & Equipment Usage

• Students are responsible for handling institute equipment with care. Any damage caused due to negligence will be chargeable.
• The institute does not guarantee uninterrupted service in case of technical issues.

8. Privacy Policy

• Personal information provided by students will be kept confidential and used solely for administrative and educational purposes.

9. Liability

• Jaya Institute is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings within the premises.
• The institute will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused due to unforeseen circumstances.

10. Amendments

• The institute reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

• Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where the institute operates.

12. Advertisement & Promotions

• Jaya Institute may use student testimonials, photographs, and achievements for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Special discounts or offers may be provided through advertisements and are subject to change at the institute’s discretion.
